Advocate
- Specialised in civil law and administrative law, Wojciech Czerwień is extensively experienced in court proceedings, in particular within compensation for expropriation and effective restitution of real estate. He has successfully closed numerous cases related to real property restitution and dissolution of co-ownership.
- He conducts family law cases, mainly divorces and custody-related cases. He provides permanent legal services to natural persons and business entities.
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed both advocate and judge apprenticeship. Entered into the advocate’s register in 1987, he has operated his individual law firm at the following address: ul. Przy Rondzie 53, 31-547 Kraków.
- Wojciech Czerwień is a lecturer for advocate trainees at and honoured member of the Cracow Bar Association as well as a long-standing member of the national bar association committee.
